Chapter 2.3 - Safety & Security
Jilakin Rock City can be very dark at night, and guy ropes, tent pegs, vehicles and uneven ground can become trip hazards.
Carry a torch or headlamp when moving around after dark.
Use lights to make your camp entrance, guy ropes and other trip hazards visible.
Wear or carry something illuminated when moving through dark areas.
Stick to established roads and pathways where possible.
Watch for vehicles, even when walking through camping areas.
Don't move your parked vehicle around the site during the event.
Look out for others, particularly anyone who appears lost, disoriented or unwell.
