Chapter 2.3 - Safety & Security
If a child or someone who may be unable to find their way back to their camp becomes separated from their group, act promptly.
Contact a Ranger, Gate crew member or Event Headquarters as soon as possible.
Provide a clear description of the person, what they're wearing and where they were last seen.
Follow the instructions of event crew and share any relevant information with them.
If you find someone who appears lost or vulnerable, stay nearby if it's safe and seek assistance rather than attempting to manage the situation alone.
Don't wait for a situation to become urgent before asking for help.
