Our Wellness Team looks after the event teams who build and packdown Blazing Swan, and we’re looking for someone to help lead the team and keep the whole thing running smoothly.
We’re looking for an organised, approachable human who’s good with people, can wrangle bookings and lead the volunteer team.
You’ll help coordinate the Wellness space, manage bookings and services, support and guide our volunteer crew and generally make sure things keep ticking along.
The role will focus on event setup and pack-down, with the first and last weeks of the event being the busiest. Hours will vary, with most Wellness services happening later in the day as you'll work around the crews' working hours.
You’ll have a 2IC and a team of Wellness volunteers to help make it happen.
Wellness experience is a bonus, but not essential. Being organised, friendly and good at making things happen is far more important.
