The Accessibility Crew works to identify and reduce barriers that might prevent people from participating - from participants to Theme Camps and Volunteers.
From helping people understand available accessibility services to listening to individual needs and working with other teams to find practical solutions, the Accessbility Crew help make Blazing Swan more inclusive.
You don't need to have experience with every accessibility need, but empathy, patience, good communication and a willingness to listen and learn go a long way.
