Theme Camp Meeting #2

If you have submitted an application to gift a Theme Camp at Blazing Swan 2020 and:

• Are a new or returning Theme Camp and have questions on the registration documents (Camp placement and other considerations, Competent Person or Registered Structures)
• Would like to understand new guidelines being developed for Sound and Food
• Are interested in discussing Theme Camp positioning/placements at Blazing Swan 2020
• Or just meet and catch up with other Theme Camps

Then this is a great opportunity!

Pizza will be provided, and feel free to BYO.

1-4pm, Sunday 20th October at the Swan’s Nest

We encourage as much ‘in-person attendance’ as possible, but a dial-in link is expected to be provided for those unable to attend.
