Blazing Swan is an Association incorporated under Western Australian law. This benefits both the Membership and our Event, financially and legally. But being an Incorporated Association also comes with extra responsibilities. Most importantly our Association is required by law to have – and to follow – a Constitution or set of rules which has been approved by the Government.
