DARK PARK is an interactive blazer experience, encouraging strangers to play and revisit childhood memories, fostering a deeper sense of unity and friendship, through dark and light.
Created by artists Andy Faraday and Hayley Welsh, DARK PARK is half art/half park – An artistic, interactive collection of nostalgic toys and games for blazers to play with, with a dark twist, hidden within in a green secret garden.
Within the green walls, blazers will find a collection of installations and art games, including a giant naught and crosses, a giant dark jenga, dark boules and dark swing ball, alongside many other nostalgic toys and games all painted black, with poems and words to encourage artistic thought and human connection.
Other DARK PARK activities include:
DARK TRUCK – Dark Side of the Disco – A roaming disco on wheels, bringing light to the dark, out on the playa. (Art Car)
SKIN for GIN SUNDAY – Show us some skin, we’ll gift you some gin.
