Hello beautiful Blazers. As we now countdown to our 2026 Event, Blazing Swan is eager to fill four key positions:
- Event Services Co-manager – Working with the existing manager, you will work with Gate, Greeters, Traffic, Centre Kiosk and Leavers to ensure all teams are ready come event opening. The ideal candidate will be available for our Wednesday fortnightly Event subcommittee Teams meetings.
- Traffic Lead – The Traffic Lead will provide expertise in and advice on traffic management and traffic safety and lead a team managing traffic movement at the Blazing Swan Event each year.
- Leavers Lead – Leavers is designed to close the circle that we open at Greeters. We give Blazers a feel-good sendoff that they deserve as they leave after packing down their camps. We check on their trailers and vehicles and give the opportunity to mentally prepare for re-entry into the default world.
- Volunteer Admin Assistant – reporting to the Volunteer manager you will assist in admin tasks and projects for the Volunteer Team.
