This year the Gate role is a Co-Lead/2IC position with the view of taking on the role next year.You will be mentored by the current (and very experienced) Gate Lead and there is a training manual already in use, you may need to tweak with this year’s info.Reporting to the Event Services manager the Gate Lead is responsible for recruiting, training and managing the Gate Crew before and during the event.You will work closely with other departments and expected hours vary form 1-7 hours per week, depending on the time of year, with peak period Sept – April So if you have good organisational skills and can remain calm under pressure, this may be the role for you.To register your interest or request a role description please email volunteers@blazingswan.com.au
