Important!! Please read the ticket FAQs below about purchasing tickets or selling your ticket.

 

Important

  • *New* To be able to purchase a ticket to Blazing Swan 2018 you will need to complete a Blazer Profile to register to be able to obtain a ticket.
  • The e-ticket provided to you when you purchased your ticket is your ticket to the event. Only one person per ticket will be admitted into the event. You need to safeguard your ticket, if someone else presents your ticket into the event, you will not be admitted.
  • If you purchase your ticket from a third party, you will not be able to on-sell that ticket.
  • Print your ticket and bring it with you to the event, this will greatly speed up the gate process.

Blazer Profiles

Ticket purchases to Blazing Swan will now be connected to your own Blazer Profile through our ticket provider Quicket.  Your Blazer profile keeps some simple information like your name and contact details, and allows Blazing Swan to track who is a returning Blazer, and who is a virgin burner and hope to help new burners to understand some basic elements that make Blazing Swan a bit different than most other events.  You will be required to setup your simple Blazer Profile before purchasing your Blazing Swan ticket.     • ROUND 1  – $200+ BF

What are this year’s ticket prices for Under 18’s?

*All under 18 must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder

    • Free (but still must register/purchase a ticket)

How do I buy a ticket?

Tickets are available via our ticket provider Quicket who issue all the tickets on our behalf

 

Transfer tickets to someone else

You’ve had a change of plans and can no longer commit to the event, but you can commit to that friend who is dying to get their hands on your ticket. Transfer the ticket quickly and securely to them, straight from your Quicket account.

I am a volunteer, do I need to purchase a ticket?

  • Yes, you still need to present a valid ticket for the event, even if you are volunteering. If any refund is given to you for volunteering this will occur after the event.

Can I get a hard ticket?

  • We are not printing out hard tickets this year, all tickets will be mailed to you on purchase. Please protect the bar code on that ticket from prying eyes.

  • Can I get a refund?

    • All tickets are sold on a non-refundable basis

  • Can I buy a ticket just for the weekend?

    • Regardless of how long you are coming for, you need to buy a standard ticket. There are no day or weekend tickets.

Can I bring my children?

Blazing Swan is an all ages event. Anyone under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Guardians should bring a signed and dated letter from one or both parents of the minor authorising guardianship during the event. Children should always have some form of identification on their person at all times at Blazing Swan.

Do children/youth need a ticket?

  • Yes, All children and youth need to have a ticket. All children 13 and under are free, but need to have a ticket, so that we can have an idea of numbers on site. Youth aged 14-17 years old are able to buy a Youth ticket. All youth under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the event at all times.

Are there any discounts?

You can get a discount by purchasing your tickets early (first and second prices).  Children aged 14 to 18 can purchase tickets at a discounted price. Children 13 and under enter free.

  • I can’t find or print my tickets

     

    You’ve made a ticket order on Quicket, and now you want to admire the beauty of this unique barcode, but it seems this ticket has plans of its own. You’re unable to find it. Don’t worry – we’ve captured your ticket in a couple places, so you never need to worry that it’s lost.

Will tickets sell out?

  • Tickets for 2018 have been limited to a total of 3300. Once this limit is reached, the event will be considered full and no further tickets will be sold.
  • In the event of 3300 tickets being sold prior to the event opening, there will be no gate sales of tickets. Get in early to avoid disappointment
